🧿 A LIFETIME OF ADVENTURE & TOGETHER FOREVER 🧿 ♥️ 12 (+1) Years, 5 States, 3 Businesses, 2 Kids, 2 Homes, & 1 and Only for EACH OTHER! ♥️ We celebrated a big milestone year last month - TWELVE, a spiritually significant number/anniversary, in one of the most sacred & spiritual lands of Kauai. While we have been to Hawaii quite a few times now, this was one of the most special visits for our family... We conceived our baby girl when we were last in Big Island, Hawaii (talk about her soul's choices), and we found out we were preggers with her before we left Hawaii (given we were there for close to 6 weeks). That is when I said, 'we will come back to Hawaii with her soon, but to Kauai island first (the most spiritual Hawaiian island, and one that's been closest to our hearts since our first visit exactly 10 years ago, for our anniversary).' My original thought was to celebrate her 1st b'day in Kauai (back in Dec). While (on the surface level) we couldn't make the timing work (hubby's work commitments), turns out (on a deeper/soul level) we were meant to be there for our 12 years Anniversary! Manifestation (aka Universe) at its best! We spent our special day among what's meant to be one of the most special places on Earth. Apparently, the Fern Grotto in Kauai is one of a kind, both biologically and spiritually. ✨ From manifesting my soulmate partner (long before I even knew the word manifestation) to consciously manifesting this old soul (baby girl) into our lives to everything in between, we have come a really really really long way (grown, evolved, up-leveled in more ways than we ever thought possible, both individually and as a couple), and what a ride it has been! And we are just getting started… 🔥 And now helping people transform their lives on a mind, body, soul level is my life’s work… and what a blessing and honor it is that this is my soul’s purpose in this lifetime!!! 🔮 With that, sharing the rest of the video parts from the previous post, swipe right 👉🏽 📣 P.S. MINI-LIFE UPDATE Part 1 (I have been so out of touch that I didn’t know IG no longer allows long videos) P.S. I may or may not have broken into tears along the way in one of the parts. P.P.S. Not a care in the world that many might judge me, judge how I speak , and/or judge what I say in these videos. These are my beliefs and truths, and they don’t have to be true for anyone else. Also proof of taking on the spur, messy, imperfect, but aligned actions... yes, I go off on a tangent over and over but I am speaking from my heart and soul. To say that the last year or two have personally been craaaazy pants is an understatement, but so-much-magic has happened as a result of all those trials and tribulations. And as I say, the more effortless it looks on the outside, that much more effort has gone into it behind the scenes! OTN, what imperfect & aligned action(s) are you going to take today?

Pfft came my response (given how insane 2022 was for us), "Well we haven't even had the time to have a relationship, so...?" When one of my friends asked me (back in Nov), how is your relationship with V (hubby) now with 2 kids? That response of mine caught me by surprise too! While it'd have been quite interesting to hear what would've followed that unfinished sentence, I was interrupted & I didn't finish that chain of thought. Later on, as I pondered upon my response, I realized that it was a subconscious (limiting) belief/feeling that had come to the surface. A feeling that had formed by how our relationship 'should have been' last year. But as I dug deeper, that wasn't the case at all... 2022 was the year when we both grew leaps & bounds, both as individuals & as a couple, more than ever! Going through some of life's biggest challenges & doing so as 'gracefully' as we did was no easy feat. Just cuz we hadn't had the time to do what couples ‘normally do’, the way we 'should have', 'would have liked to', etc didn't mean we didn't spend time with each other. We spent time as we —
made life's big decisions
were navigating life with a newborn and a 5-year-old (boy)
renovated the home
were adding the finishing touches in the home at 1 am
fixed things that needed extra TLC
were supporting each other as I nurtured myself back to 'normal' after a traumatic birth experience
continued to trust the universe when things didn't go as planned
coordinated a bazillion pieces of the puzzle
packed & moved, unpacked & settled
the list goes on... But my response on the other hand said otherwise, solely based on what 'should have been' (default conditioning much!?). Exactly why I say, our limiting beliefs run way too deep (& no one's an exception)! While I could get to the root of it in a few hours, cuz
1. it's my life's work
2. the inner work I do Most people go years without realizing their limiting beliefs (whether in relationships or otherwise) & they operate based on that default programming their entire lives. OTN, DON'T have society/dictionary DEFINE anything for you, YOU do that for YOU, & continue to REDEFINE as you evolve! Contd 👇🏽 or swipe 👉🏽

Wishing YOU the MOST EXPANSIVE YEAR yet 🔥 May 2023 bring your way every experience, every encounter, every decision-making, every person, & every interaction that’s going to lend itself to your immense growth & evolution (that’s in your highest good) It is how I wished everyone this year, not happy, not healthy, not prosperous, not joyful, but EXPANSIVE... Cuz to me, the former is simply a default way of doing/saying things in life, & oh gosh, so ‘limiting’ But I, I find my own way, no matter how unpopular! When you know better you do better right!? Having first hand experienced what MASSIVE EXPANSION looks like & feels like these last few years,
Having introspected upon my own life & my journey to here,
I’d be robbing you of the ultimate opportunity for growth & evolution if I only wished everyone just ‘the good’. Massive shifts & ginormous (as my son says) amounts of expansion happen —
during times of challenges & pain,
when there’s ill health,
during periods of chaos & turmoil,
when things don’t go as originally planned. I mean, you get the point... That’s not to say that expansion doesn’t/can’t happen during happy & healthy times,
but —
the impact,
the intensity,
the upleveling,
and more importantly, the appetite & the appreciation
for it all isn’t there and/or just isn’t the same... When the going gets tough the tough get going...the rest run the other direction! If you are tired of the ‘old ways’ & want to make huge shifts in your life,

✅ Out of Office ON, turned OFF comments on this post (yikes IG), and taking a break from it all (including social media & (97% of) my phone)! After a physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually exhausting (and equally rewarding) year that 2022 has been... After going at 1000mph all day every day pretty much this entire year... I am giving myself the gift of taking a complete break from it all over the next two weeks... Full transparency though, before I decided to do exactly that, I almost went the other direction... As soon as things got ‘manageable’ on the personal front, I jumped full force into getting ‘back to work’ (I mean, it’s been on the back burner for so long), and also started planning a dozen different things socially (well, it’s the holidays after all right!?), without giving myself a chance to fully recuperate from all that 2022 has been! But my inner voice be like, NO darling, absolutely NOT!
Had a reality check last night... So here we are, making plans to do a whole lot of nothing in the next few weeks. Now time to unwind, unpack (not the house, that was long done), and unload/process (my thoughts, emotions, and feelings, including the anger & frustration I have felt for various reasons a good part of the year)... P.S. While I gave all my clients a ‘break’ too, I do have two coaching calls, but that hardly feels like work. If anything that fuels me even more. P.P.S. Complete break looks completely different when you are a parent and your hubby is not OFF, but there are still soooo many things that I can say NO to and take a break from (see comments)... And this is YOUR reminder, sign, or ‘permission’ - YOU deserve to take a break from it all too this holiday season! I’m pretty sure you have had a heck of a year yourself... So instead of getting lost in the frenzy of the holidays and doing things out of obligation and/or guilt, go on and make your plan to do or not do things that don’t amount to anything magnanimous but instead gives you the space to just be, and breathe... go on, dare to say NO and instead do things that truly, fully, wholly fuels YOU (your mind, body, and soul)! OTN below is my agenda👇🏽

(ABUNDANCE) MINDSET is everything (part 2), & magnificent things happen — When we let go of control (& logic) & stop making excuses for why something won’t work/happen/doesn’t make (logical) sense (scarcity mindset much) When we become ‘flexible’ & release the need to hold onto (& operate from) our default rigid ways When we go after creating (big or small) opportunities instead of going after only those that come our way (or worse yet declining those that even come to us) When we believe that we are worth more & deserve way more than ‘settling for safety’ When we stop allowing money/finances/our current circumstances/relationships ‘control’ us & our path When we dare to get uncomfortable & take risks (big & small) I'll do A when I make X amount of money. I'll do E when K happens. Sound familiar? News Flash, it's NEVER.gonna.happen! #HarshReality Truth is, you’ve to believe that YOU (your growth/dreams) are worth/deserve the 'investment' of time, money, & effort NOW (not someday when all the stars align). The money, savings, relationships, job, house, safety, 'other commitments', etc, should offer us the 'FREEDOM' to do what our heart/soul truly desires instead of those very things becoming invisible shackles (that keep us tied holding us back). You may ‘have it all’ (& then some) but yet operate from a scarcity mindset. I mean how much of it all is really ever enough & how often will you wonder what if things won't work out/bring the best 'results'? But how will you ever find out from where you are? Without ever leaving your safety net/default? So yeah, ABUNDANCE is all in your MINDSET, & how you show up for yourself day after day after day, whether you are just getting started, or whether you are halfway through (cuz we are never really done). When you come from a place of abundance you'll ALWAYS find a way to not only get started but also to keep going when the going gets tough. An abundance mindset (much like confidence) is both a prerequisite & a byproduct. You can always start at one end & get to the other, doesn't matter which end you begin. UNPOPULAR OPINION #28461 As I slowly resurrect th

UNPOPULAR OPINION #28461 As I slowly resurrect this page back to life after a long hiatus... Sharing an unpopular, rather quite controversial opinion, NOBODY WOULD REALLY KNOW (NWRK) what this 1 year has been like (just as I thought there's respite soon seems like we aren't done yet!) Life isn't a competition of who has it best or worst, it isn't a comparison between whose challenges are bearable & whose aren't. If anything, that’s quite the opposite of what truly LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE IS! When I say NOBODY WOULD REALLY KNOW, it isn't Q'n anyone else's life experiences/challenges or whether or not they are capable of understanding/empathizing with my life, but, it is, simply stating, that nobody can/could/will/would really know what EXACTLY I've been through/feeling, the NON-STOP ROLLER COASTER these 12+ months have been. Much like how I'd never truly know exactly what someone else has been through in their life. The best way to empathize, the biggest support you can offer someone is to openly LISTEN & HOLD SPACE for them, without getting wrapped up in your perceptions, your own stories, your judgment. That person is probably about to share something for the first time, & your ‘me too', 'I know exactly what you mean' as they even just get started, doesn’t make them feel seen/heard but is rather discouraging/disempowering. I get it, we are all human & want to be relatable/relevant, but there's a time for 'me too'. Even if two people are in the exact same situation their feelings/insights/takeaways can be vastly different based on their thoughts, beliefs, values, conditioning, life experiences, desires, fears, support system, etc. So NO, even my hubby, who has been side by side navigating this past year with me, will never know exactly what I've gone through & vice versa. OTN, I have a long list of why NWRK to share, but first will sit in it/process what I've written before I share it with the world, much like what I've been doing this past year. Dare I say, another unpopular opinion/way to live in the era of ‘instant’ everything when many post as they live through it (or worse yet even before they fully live it).
