IMAGINE entering a room & not needing to utter a single word, share about yourself, or provide any explanations. AND YET, those in front of you GET YOU—not just on a superficial human level, but on a DEEP SOUL LEVEL! Swipe to witness the moment I bared my vulnerability/soul & let the waterworks flow in front of, oh, just about 300 people! The day when I finally felt that the deeper parts of me, that often went unnoticed (taken for granted), were showered with the words I had longed to hear. They weren't just seen & witnessed; they were acknowledged & met with applause! The weekend when I met MY SOUL SISTERS! It's not that I lack friends, but on that day, it struck me like a lightning bolt—what had been missing from my life, what I'd yearned & craved for, were those deep soul connections. The small talks, the surface-level chitchat, the daily grind discussions of work or parenting, they just never cut it for me. Sure, I engage, but what I truly crave is depth—where authenticity & conscious growth are front & center. MY KINDA SOUL CONNECTIONS — Being with people who are all in on this journey of inner growth, working on raising their consciousness while lifting up the vibes of the entire planet. When you are among them, you don't need to spell things out. A single word speaks volumes about your whole journey—what drives you, how you roll, your why, your how, the whole shebang. With them, you don't need to explain a thing, they get all your layers, not just the surface stuff. Equally important—where we confront the hard truths, call out the BS & wholeheartedly embrace the raw reality without sugar-coating or tip-toeing. No masks, no empty praises followed by whispered gossip, no walking on eggshells, no sweeping things under the rug. Instead, it's a realm of unfiltered love, unwavering support & genuine, honest-to-goodness praise. Now THIS IS what feeds my soul! How'd it feel to be among those who sync with your heart & soul, where you embrace your fullest expression—the good, the bad, the ugly; all the feelings & every emotion from pure joy to fiery anger, & everything in between!? 💥That which triggers you is here to teach you! 💣 When you come face to face with your triggers, you've got two options— 1️⃣ You can boldly approach that trigger, acknowledge it, embrace it, learn from it, and make some serious changes in the process. OR 2️⃣ You could let your ego take the wheel and run in the opposite direction. But, here's the catch—(unlike you) those triggers don't give up! They'll keep showing up, wearing different masks each time. They will steer your ship and call the shots in your life until you gather the courage to confront and understand them, and get what they're trying to teach you. 🤫 As a coach, you wanna know one of my secret weapons? My USP if you will... 🚨 I've got this knack for figuring out exactly what rattles my clients. I navigate 'em uncharted territories and intentionally test their limitations to uncover their breaking point(s). WHY? 🧞‍♀️ Because right on the other side of discomfort is where the real magic happens: breakthroughs, growth, and unparalleled transformation! And here's the scoop— ✅ I've got clients who, when they come face to face with triggers, don't back down. They roll up their sleeves, and confront the challenges head-on, no matter how hard. Mind, Body, Soul Detoxed, and Reborn, a dozen time

Mind, Body, Soul Detoxed, and Reborn, a dozen times over! 🧿 These past 40 days have been an exhilarating journey—a sacred window, reminiscent of the profound period after birthing a baby, yet with its own distinct essence. Even after personally experiencing it all, I’m over here with my mouth wide open and jaw dropped, utterly astonished, in admiration, and in awe of the universe’s incredible ways! More deets about the 40 days to follow, but for starters, nothing unfolded as initially planned; nonetheless, everything was divinely orchestrated and perfectly timed as it needed to be. Throughout this entire period, I deliberately took a hiatus for the most part (even before I knew what I was preparing for, guided solely by my intuition, which led me... WHERE, whoa!?)—I distanced myself from socials, the internet, texts/messages, and the whole nine yards. All a part of the preparation, aligning myself for the profound transformation that lay ahead, and nurturing the ongoing integration thereafter. And let me tell ya, as I continue to assimilate the grandeur of it all and (try to seamlessly) weave it into my daily existence, the journey continues to unfold with its unique rhythm and revelations, and I am here for it all, and then some... All in all, an incredibly humbling, and immensely grateful, life-changing experience(s)! On that note, when you hold a desire, when you declare your intention for something in life, then be prepared to go the distance, seizing opportunities as they unfold. When you show up for yourself, despite the fears, the triggers, the ego, the default conditioning, the excuses, the million other reasons why you can’t, that’s when the real magic happens—the universe doesn’t just deliver, but it astoundingly overdelivers, beyond your wildest imagination, every.single.time! ☎️ Q is, when the universe calls—because believe me, it undoubtedly does, though not necessarily in the way you ever imagined—will you answer that call? The truth is, unless you’re ready to journey the entire path, not even the universe can extend its guiding hand! While the path is quite demanding therein lies its exquisite beauty...

Their support, wisdom & inspiration will fuel your fire, especially when the going gets tough. 🧿That’s how in just 5.5 months, I've crushed goals & achieved milestones that others might deem unthinkable, especially considering my so-called ‘comeback’. PART 1️⃣: ‘Wait, you’ll have to wait,’ I

PART 1️⃣: ‘Wait, you’ll have to wait,’ I mustered the courage and made that bold business decision in early 2022, despite the momentum my business had gained in 2021. It wasn’t an easy choice; it was truly gut-wrenching. But deep down, I knew I had to LET GO of my meticulously crafted business plans (among other things) for 2022. Instead, I shifted gears and focused on reclaiming and rebuilding myself physically, mentally, and emotionally after the traumatic birth experience of my baby girl. Furthermore, we embarked on several other life-changing endeavors that would later demand my attention. In short, 2022 became a whirlwind of growth and resilience, navigating the challenges and changes—a delicate juggling act, striving for personal well-being while balancing multiple aspects of our evolving lives. A couple of weeks ago, as I stood at the threshold of 5.5 months into 2023, I realized that what had been a non-stop marathon this year, intentionally designed by me, had led me on a breathtaking journey of surpassing all goals and milestones (and then some). When the year began, I set out on a mission to make this THE MOST EXPANSIVE YEAR yet, and a remarkable “comeback.” Reflecting on this incredible journey, I am blown away to see HOW the vision I had envisioned for myself, my family, and my business has once again surpassed all (‘realistic’) expectations. BUT— It’s crucial to also acknowledge that this journey is not just about external achievements, but about the transformative power that radiates from within through internal shifts on a mind, body, and soul level — a quest for lasting fulfillment, rather than fleeting ‘success.’ When you delve deep within yourself, every aspect of your life thrives. It’s an understatement to say that I’m filled with an indescribable sense of gratitude and empowerment, as I experience a triple victory — thriving as a family while pursuing my wildest dreams. SIX YEARS! 🎉 Last month, we celebrated this little guy (who isn't so little anymore) turning 6️⃣ years old 🥰 ♥️ It's insane how quickly time flies. It feels like only yesterday when he graced our lives and transformed our world in ways we could never have imagined. ♥️ He made us parents and taught us unconditional love. ♥️ He made me a mother and taught me unrelenting patience. ♥️ He’s turned out to be my biggest teacher and my ultimate test! ♥️ And while we are at it, he's not just a chatterbox but a master negotiator. ♥️ He is quite independent and effortlessly adapts to any environment with ease. ♥️ He forms instant connections with anyone he meets and fearlessly explores the world around him. ♥️ He has an unwavering passion for Legos and all things on wheels, and his creativity knows no bounds. ♥️ He never ceases to amaze me when he regurgitates my own advice with a forceful punch. Witnessing his intelligence and perceptiveness is both humbling and inspiring. 🧿 And when it comes to his baby sister, he's an endlessly doting and fiercely protective big brother. 🥰 As we celebrate his six years, I'm reminded of how much he's grown and evolved and how much he’s had us both grow and evolve. ♥️ And while there's still plenty of room for growth & evolution, I'm excited to see what the future holds for both our little troublemaker and us. 💥 Keep reading (in comments or scroll) for a dose of (as always) UNPOPULAR —
