3️⃣ SECRETS 🔥 People often ask me where my confidence comes from? 🤔 So here goes 👆🏽👇🏽 🌟 3 secrets to building unshakable confidence (though there’s more where that came from) 😉 BUT,
The more important Question is 👇🏽 🌟 Which of these do you need to adapt in your own life to build the kind of confidence that makes you UNF***WITHABLE? 💥 P.S. If you scroll right you will see that #3️⃣ is my absolute favorite ⚡️
How about YOU - agree or disagree⁉️ P.P.S. You will also see I have shared a few stories from the archives. They are on a similar yet different note 📝

Feel, let go, and heal, so our future generations

Feel, let go, and heal, so our future generations don't continue to endure the same suffering — doing the inner work is the only way! 🤲🏽

❓Have you ever experienced a vision that felt li

❓Have you ever experienced a vision that felt like merely the tip of the iceberg? A vision that, when the Universe worked its magic, revealed a reality far grander (like 💯x grander) than you could’ve ever imagined? Well, that's precisely what hosting my 1st in-person hybrid (4-day) Zen & Wild Goddess Retreat (ZWGR) was like, it was as if I'd unlocked a profound sacred container that shattered every conceivable expectation. This marked my 7th retreat in 2023 since March, one that differed vastly from the previous ones. Instead of participating in my own transformative journey, I became the orchestrator, crafting a sacred & vibrant space where extraordinary metamorphoses unfolded. There's transformation, & then there's TRANSFORMATION🔥 Picture this: a group of individuals primed & eager to embark on a journey that'd—
💥Challenge them in ways they could never have foreseen
💥Shatter their preconceived notions, leaving their minds wide open Each stood at the crossroads of their own transformation, on the verge of something remarkable. They'd diligently prepared for the mind-blowing experiences that awaited them. 🔮ZWGR was their ultimate litmus test — the culmination of all their conscious inner work up to that point, paired with the intense (mind, body, soul) preparation I had recommended in the weeks leading up to it. Swipe to learn more 👉🏽 Not to boast, but I must emphasize that ZWGR was truly exceptional & one-of-a-kind! My talent for crafting this transformative space for my clients is where my genius shines. Achieving this milestone wouldn't have been possible without my resolute dedication to ongoing deep inner work. I don't just teach or coach; I bring the study of life to life. I don't just discuss concepts; I offer real-life experiences, layer upon layer, meticulously planned, whether coaching or at the retreat — the cornerstone to internalize intellectual intelligence, the only path to ultimate integration & embodiment. ♥️I'm filled with immense gratitude & deep humility for the incredible gifts from the Universe (in choosing me for this work) & the unwavering trust my clients place in me. This, right here, is the essence of my life's work!

IMAGINE entering a room & not needing to utter a s

IMAGINE entering a room & not needing to utter a single word, share about yourself, or provide any explanations. AND YET, those in front of you GET YOU—not just on a superficial human level, but on a DEEP SOUL LEVEL! Swipe to witness the moment I bared my vulnerability/soul & let the waterworks flow in front of, oh, just about 300 people! The day when I finally felt that the deeper parts of me, that often went unnoticed (taken for granted), were showered with the words I had longed to hear. They weren't just seen & witnessed; they were acknowledged & met with applause! The weekend when I met MY SOUL SISTERS! It's not that I lack friends, but on that day, it struck me like a lightning bolt—what had been missing from my life, what I'd yearned & craved for, were those deep soul connections. The small talks, the surface-level chitchat, the daily grind discussions of work or parenting, they just never cut it for me. Sure, I engage, but what I truly crave is depth—where authenticity & conscious growth are front & center. MY KINDA SOUL CONNECTIONS — Being with people who are all in on this journey of inner growth, working on raising their consciousness while lifting up the vibes of the entire planet. When you are among them, you don't need to spell things out. A single word speaks volumes about your whole journey—what drives you, how you roll, your why, your how, the whole shebang. With them, you don't need to explain a thing, they get all your layers, not just the surface stuff. Equally important—where we confront the hard truths, call out the BS & wholeheartedly embrace the raw reality without sugar-coating or tip-toeing. No masks, no empty praises followed by whispered gossip, no walking on eggshells, no sweeping things under the rug. Instead, it's a realm of unfiltered love, unwavering support & genuine, honest-to-goodness praise. Now THIS IS what feeds my soul! How'd it feel to be among those who sync with your heart & soul, where you embrace your fullest expression—the good, the bad, the ugly; all the feelings & every emotion from pure joy to fiery anger, & everything in between!? LIBERATING, ELEVATING, MAGICAL!!! IMPORTANT Q for you 👇🏽

💥That which triggers you is here to teach you!

💥That which triggers you is here to teach you! 💣 When you come face to face with your triggers, you've got two options— 1️⃣ You can boldly approach that trigger, acknowledge it, embrace it, learn from it, and make some serious changes in the process. OR 2️⃣ You could let your ego take the wheel and run in the opposite direction. But, here's the catch—(unlike you) those triggers don't give up! They'll keep showing up, wearing different masks each time. They will steer your ship and call the shots in your life until you gather the courage to confront and understand them, and get what they're trying to teach you. 🤫 As a coach, you wanna know one of my secret weapons? My USP if you will... 🚨 I've got this knack for figuring out exactly what rattles my clients. I navigate 'em uncharted territories and intentionally test their limitations to uncover their breaking point(s). WHY? 🧞‍♀️ Because right on the other side of discomfort is where the real magic happens: breakthroughs, growth, and unparalleled transformation! And here's the scoop— ✅ I've got clients who, when they come face to face with triggers, don't back down. They roll up their sleeves, and confront the challenges head-on, no matter how hard. For those gutsy individuals who seize the opportunity and learn from those triggers, their journeys transform into something that's beyond mind-blowing! ❌ Now, on the flip side, I've also had clients who, when hit with triggers, have succumbed, opted to throw in the towel, let their ego take the spotlight, and simply called it quits. 💯 But regardless of the route they choose, I'm always there creating and holding space for their growth, every step of the way! 🧗🏽‍♀️ And here's a little challenge for you, in the comments 👇🏽

🌞 Summer Chronicles: When our family went on se

🌞 Summer Chronicles: When our family went on separate (and different) vacations, to the same country, all within a month! 🌎 What We Learned👇🏽 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Embracing Adversities, Discovering New Adventures, and Uncovering Infinite Possibilities... P.S. These pictures are (obviously) NOT from that vacation 🤪 ✨ Reminder—Grant yourself the gift of occasionally doing something entirely on your own (for YOU), embrace your independence, and uncover new dimensions within yourself! 💣 Life is too short and way too precious to live by other’s definitions, perspectives, and standards… and NOT to forget, their own limitations and limited experiences 💁🏽‍♀️

Mind, Body, Soul Detoxed, and Reborn, a dozen time

Mind, Body, Soul Detoxed, and Reborn, a dozen times over! 🧿 These past 40 days have been an exhilarating journey—a sacred window, reminiscent of the profound period after birthing a baby, yet with its own distinct essence. Even after personally experiencing it all, I’m over here with my mouth wide open and jaw dropped, utterly astonished, in admiration, and in awe of the universe’s incredible ways! More deets about the 40 days to follow, but for starters, nothing unfolded as initially planned; nonetheless, everything was divinely orchestrated and perfectly timed as it needed to be. Throughout this entire period, I deliberately took a hiatus for the most part (even before I knew what I was preparing for, guided solely by my intuition, which led me... WHERE, whoa!?)—I distanced myself from socials, the internet, texts/messages, and the whole nine yards. All a part of the preparation, aligning myself for the profound transformation that lay ahead, and nurturing the ongoing integration thereafter. And let me tell ya, as I continue to assimilate the grandeur of it all and (try to seamlessly) weave it into my daily existence, the journey continues to unfold with its unique rhythm and revelations, and I am here for it all, and then some... All in all, an incredibly humbling, and immensely grateful, life-changing experience(s)! On that note, when you hold a desire, when you declare your intention for something in life, then be prepared to go the distance, seizing opportunities as they unfold. When you show up for yourself, despite the fears, the triggers, the ego, the default conditioning, the excuses, the million other reasons why you can’t, that’s when the real magic happens—the universe doesn’t just deliver, but it astoundingly overdelivers, beyond your wildest imagination, every.single.time! ☎️ Q is, when the universe calls—because believe me, it undoubtedly does, though not necessarily in the way you ever imagined—will you answer that call? The truth is, unless you’re ready to journey the entire path, not even the universe can extend its guiding hand! While the path is quite demanding therein lies its exquisite beauty...

PART 2️⃣: And let me tell ya, it's been one he

PART 2️⃣: And let me tell ya, it's been one helluva wild ride💥 This journey is a true testament to the incredible power of conscious manifestation & our ability to co-create our reality with the universe! Personally, what's allowed me to thrive against all odds in the past 1.5 years is continuing to —
✨Cultivate an unf^@$withable mindset
✨Doing the deep inner work The external world is like a giant mirror, reflecting the profound depths of our internal landscape! 📌OTN, let these reminders inspire/empower you — ✨Tap into your intuition, trust the universe & throw logic out the window. Embrace your true self, take bold steps & explore imaginative & unconventional paths. Who cares if it raises a few eyebrows? Set audacious goals & align your mindset, e-motions & actions. ✨Engage in deep inner work. Dive deep, examine your beliefs, heal past wounds, release old conditioning, let go of default patterns, & confront your triggers, fears, & insecurities head-on. ✨The more you turn your focus inwards, the more you get to witness the magic of synchronicities. Doors swing open, opportunities arise seemingly out of thin air & ‘your’ people appear as if by divine intervention, aka all kinds of miracles unfold before your very eyes. ✨And, let's get real here. No one, and I mean NO ONE, has the authority to dictate your path or determine your priorities. You hold the reins of your own damn destiny! ✨So, raise your standards, set your goals sky-high & GO ALL IN. Then watch how your unwavering inner devotion crumbles the external excuses of lack of time, energy, or money & empowers you to fearlessly invest in your growth & transformation. ✨Oh, let's not forget about your secret weapon — surround yourself with a community of powerhouse individuals who bring diverse perspectives to the table. Their support, wisdom & inspiration will fuel your fire, especially when the going gets tough. 🧿That’s how in just 5.5 months, I've crushed goals & achieved milestones that others might deem unthinkable, especially considering my so-called ‘comeback’. Yet, for me, it’s just me being unapologetically, unabashedly & authentically (more) ME! 🤲🏽 Stay tuned for Part 3, 4, etc...
