Happy Fall Y’all!
This past Monday, Sept 23rd was officially the first day of Fall.
Fall, very sneakily, and quietly snuck up on me when our family was away for 18 days vacationing in places, which could only be described as God’s best.damn.creation (more about that later, but catch a sneak peek of it on my Instagram now).
P.S. We even got a glimpse of Fall colors early this year, while on vacation, in the best dang way possible, imagine rows and rows of Fall trees perfectly lined with snow-capped mountains in the background and turquoise streams of water flowing in the foreground, yep, that happened, and yep, you will see (so stay tuned!).
So, I haven’t had a chance to bring out all the Fall decor from the garage and shop for more new Fall decor and make our home Fall ready yet.
That will surely be the next thing I tackle (after I get back to those 46810 emails from when I was away that is), but first, the easiest and simplest way to bring Fall home is by adding some new Fall mugs to your kitchen collection (shhh! don’t tell the hubs, he already whines that we have way too many mugs at home, so he can’t know I am buying more).
Even if you aren’t someone who will go all out and decorate every corner of your home with ‘all things fall’, cute-sy Fall mugs are such a fun and inexpensive way to welcome Fall and create those cozy Fall vibes at home. After all, drinking your fresh cup-of-joe in a Fall-inspired mug each morning is a whole other feeling. Am I right or am I right!?
And if you want more inspo to decorate your home for Fall, I shared every.single.detail in this post, be sure to bookmark it. Also, don’t forget to grab a list of all the things you can (and should most definitely) do this Fall, including shopping all your favorite Fall goodies and treats at Trader Joe’s while wearing these stylish Fall Fashion Trends.
On that note, here’s to the pumpkin spice and everything nice season!
“I would rather sit on a pumpkin and have it all to myself than be crowded on a velvet cushion.”
xoxo,
Kusum
